Shipping and Returns
Takachya ships only in Singapore. We ship orders Monday through Friday.
Shipments should arrive within 2-6 business days.
Takachya does not guarantee delivery dates for any shipments.
Vary depending on usage of SingPost or other 3PLs.
- Fees depend on the volumetric of the product and the final destination We typically charge S$25 for small accessories (wallets) and S$40 for bags.
- Within Asia : 5 - 7 business days (subjected to shipping delays)
- Outside Asia : 7 - 10 business days (subjected to shipping delays)
- Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees by the destination country. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges so please contact your local customs office for more information before your order.
Returns & Exchanges
If anything you purchase from Takachya is unsatisfactory or damaged you can return it to us within 15 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange voucher equal to the value of the item(s) you ordered. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging where appropriate. We cannot accept returns of edible items. We cannot accept returns after more than 15 days post-purchase.
To make a return please email us at email@example.com and we will send you a return label. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Sale items will not be considered for exchange or refund unless the product is damaged or defective.
